 At the end of the 12th Five-Year Plan, the Group plans to realize 200 million tons of coal production, with 200 billion yuan in sales revenue, 200 billion yuan of fixed investment, 50 billion yuan in profits and taxes, and 100 thousand yuan in employees’ per capita income. The Group plans to develop a first-class environment-friendly energy and chemical enterprise in China, with the coal industry at the core and the coal chemical industry as the leading business. The enterprise will be supported by diversified sectors forming a reasonable industrial structure, with clear property rights and capital structure diversification, thus becoming a global top 500 company operating among a number of regions and countries, across industries, and with various ownership models.
