Organizational structure

Shaanxi Coal and Chemical operates in accordance with the “Company Law” and “Articles of Association”. Based on the characteristics of state-owned enterprises and practical experience, a coordinating and balanced management model has been gradually formed, consisting of the board of directors, the Communist Party committee, and the managers and supervisors, each fulfilling their respective duties. The Group consists of 20 departments and 10 business sectors.
