On Sep. 14, Kornik Matulo Roozandeh・Nie Matulo, Minister of Tajikistan ministry of economic affairs, came to pay an official visit to Shaanxi Coal and Chemistry Group, YanGuanglao, general manager, vice-general manager SunXimin and heads of other related departments attended the forum.

On the forum, general manager YanGuanglao, on behalf of Shaanxi Coal and Chemistry Group, extended his warm welcome on the coming of Kornik Matulo Roozandeh・Nie Matulo, Minister of Tajikistan ministry of economic affairs. He said, since the joint declaration cosigned by president XiJinping and president Rakhmon, a number of new and large-scale collaborative projects have been carried successively. As one of China’s state-owned business groups, the project cooperated by Shaanxi Coal and Chemistry Group and Tajikistan is an example of the two countries’ deepening regional cooperation as well as win-win result. He also pointed out that several achievements can be achieved through mutual cooperation, firstly, to put the joint declaration into practice, deepening mutual benefits and win-win result. Shaanxi Coal and Chemistry Group will participate Tajikistan’s project, aiming at putting the joint declaration into practice, the actual measures of facilitating the economic and social development of both countries, so that mutual benefits, co-development as well as reciprocity will be achieved. Secondly, reinforcing the development of capacity, realizing the mutual advantages. Coal and electric power project are two main strategic development businesses of Shaanxi Coal and Chemistry Group, they have large-scale industrial strength. Our group is willing to assist Tajikistan in developing coal industry for mutual benefits. Thirdly, deepening cooperation field, forging a common destiny. In Central Asia, the project of ZhongDa Petroleum, whose annual output is 800 thousand tons, was created by Shaanxi Coal and Chemistry Group and Kyrgyzstan, has achieved good results. The project of coal and electricity between Shaanxi Coal and Chemistry Group and Tajikistan will be the second one, we should build, enjoy and construct a bright future jointly.

SunXimin,Vice-general manager of Shaanxi Coal and Chemistry Group, gave a detailed introduction of ShanMei’s development history, business scope, industrial pattern, technological innovation, development power.  Yao Gaomin, general manager of Central Asia's energy, made a detailed description of the plan on project alternatives, cooperation model, financing plan, industrial design, project significance of “Heavy Industry Region” project, which was carried by Shaanxi Coal and Chemistry Group and Tajikistan.

Kornik Matulo Roozandeh・Nie Matulo, Minister of Tajikistan ministry of economic affairs, delivered a speech after hearing some introductions of Shaanxi Coal and Chemistry Group, by paying visits himself and the above-mentioned information, he has a totally new acknowledgement on the cyclic development of coal, furthermore, he praised greatly on the ways Shanmei have adopted, especially on coal mining, as well as its clean and high-efficient  utilization. He also pointed out that he is expecting eagerly on the “Heavy Industry Region” project and its bright future, hoping ShanMei will bring competitive industries and advanced technology to Tajikistan in helping develop coal industry. He showed that ministry of economic affairs would like to add new strength for its successful cooperation, trying to promote it into both countries’ cooperative frame, and achieve mutual development.
