Ltd. is the major sponsor of Shaanxi Coal Industry Limited Company, which invests in the operating assets, rights and interests related to coal production; the strategic investors include China Three Gorges Project Corp., Huaneng International Power Development Corp., Shaanxi Nonferrous Metals Holding Group, Shaanxi Blower Group Co., Ltd., and so on.

Shaanxi Coal Industry Limited Company owns 15 mines with an annual output of 35 million tons of coal. The company has constructed or will construct a number of projects in large-scale national coal bases in Northern Shaanxi, Shendong, Huang Long, etc. In 2010, coal production reached 80 million tons, placing it among the top players in the coal industry in China.
