On the morning of March 27th, Shaanmei Group held a strategic cooperation signing ceremony with Schneider Electric (China) Co., Ltd.Yang Zhaoqian, Shaanmei Chairman as well as Party Secretary, Sun Ximin,Deputy General Manager,Yin Zheng,Schneider Electric Global Executive Vice President as well as Chinese Region’s President , Zhao Jun,Northwest Region’s General Manager of Schneider Electric China National Sales Department,and leaders of the relevant and related departments of both sides attended the meeting.

On the signing ceremony, Yang Zhaoqian and Yin Zheng, respectively, on behalf of both sides signed a strategic cooperation agreement. For the agreement, the two sides will focus on the cooperation about national power system reform and development strategy and firmly grasp the main line of the industrial transformation and upgrading to greatly enhance the overall level of fine operation management in four areas of the thermal power, intelligent distribution network, electricity management,and energy services, to achieve intelligent manufacturing and intelligent production, and to comprehensively improve business quality and profitability of Shaanmei Group.

Yang Zhaoqian said that this agreement between Shaanmei Group and Schneider Electric Co., Ltd is of great significance to promote the development of both sides. The cooperation will enhance the overall level of fine operation management in the fields of power generation, electricity sales, smart grid and energy services to achieve the transformation and upgrading from the single production management to both production management and operation services.

Yin zheng introduced the basic information about Schneider Electric Co., Ltd, and said it will provide a technical support program with the combination of consulting design, equipment engineering, and asset management through the leading technology platform ,innovative applications and industry solutions.

Sun Ximin introduced the basic information about Shaanmei Group, and expressed the intention to cooperate. He said that the coal resources of Shaanmei Group has obvious advantages, and the combination of production and finance is active and open. He hoped that the two sides can first carry out the representative pilot projects on energy management, explore cooperation mode, accumulate technical experience, establish close strategic cooperation relationship, and finally achieve  win-win or even multi-win cooperation.
