For CPPCC members’ better involvement in ShaanMei Group, during the convention of the two national sessions, on February 27^th, Li Xiaodong, director of Shaanxi Revolutionary Committee of the Chinese Kuomintang(RCCK), vice chairman of CPPCC Shaanxi Provincial Committee, leader of members of the Shaanxi national committee of CPPCC, Wang Baocheng, deputy secretary general of CPPCC Shaanxi Provincial Committee, liaison officer of members of the Shaanxi national committee of CPPCC, under the leadership of whom came to inspect ShaanMei Group on their solution of clearing off capacity. Zhang Shenliang, deputy director of Shaanxi National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC), related officials of Shaanxi government and CPPCC Shaanxi Provincial Committee, Yan Guanglao, general manager of ShaanMei Group, deputy general manager WenLong, Shang Jianxuan, and FuZhanchao, director of synthesis department and executive, all department heads and related unit leaders of ShaanMei Group also attended the meeting, which was held by Wang Baocheng.

During the meeting, Zhang Shenliang reported the situation of Shaanxi’s clearing off coal capacity from four aspects, the general condition of clearing off capacity in coal industry, the checking on the carrying out, the arrangements, problems and suggestions that still existed. 

Yan Guanglao reported on ShaanMei Group’s general situation, industrial structure, and effect of clearing off capacity, specially on the methods of clearing off capacity. First, sticking to the combination of clearing off capacity and optimizing industrial distribution. Second, sticking to the combination of clearing off capacity and optimizing product structure. Third, sticking to the combination of clearing off capacity and reposition of redundant personnel. Fourth, sticking to the combination of clearing off capacity and standardizing the use of bonus and subsidy. Fifth, ticking to the combination of clearing off capacity and improving transformation and upgrading. He pointed out that ShaanMei Group has made great achievements in making up losses, gaining profits in this round of clearing off capacity, more reasonable for the industrial structure, improvements in security situation, still, under the hardship and pressure of personnel placement and intense financing environment. He hoped to take the advantage of all CPPCC members’ going to BeiJing for support from our country, to bring ShaanMei’s problems and suggestions to the national “two sessions”.

After hearing the report, CPPCC members gave sufficient affirmation to the achievements in Shaanxi economic and social development, ShaanMei’s clearing off capacity and changing structure, they thought the figures were objective and accurate, and took the actual situation of enterprise, achieving periodical success in clearing off capacity. Combined with reported contents, LiXiaodong put forward four suggestions: First, to grasp the golden opportunity of clearing off capacity and changing structure, to take the most advantage of policies to adjust industrial distribution and realize transformation development. Second, to release new capacity, to wipe off the factors that hindered enterprise development, to reinforce the improvement of advanced capacity, new project and their construction and practice, aiming at enterprises’ sound development under favorable economic environment. Third, to have a stable team that assure enterprise safety and deal actively with staff resettlement, aiming at promoting constitutive revolution and creating harmonious and stable social environment. Fourth, to expand the market actively, to improve comprehensive strength thoroughly and make contribution in the  overstepping of Shaanxi economy.

CPPCC members exchanged views with attendees on their respect problems. Then they inspected the control room、（national）key laboratories for classification、cleanness、transformation of coal, the national energy. (by YangJing)
