Group leadership team members, the Chairman and supervisor of the supervisory board, cadres above deputy of Group organs and stock company departments, main party leaders of the company-owned units, leaders in charge of management work, and the principal of tertiary units of the Group attended the meeting chaired by Yan Guanglao, the Group’s General Manager.

At the meeting, Yang Zhaoqian, the chairman and party secretary delivered an important speech. He said that with the promotion of the national policy "three removes, one drop and one fill ", the Group has undergone profound changes in the internal and external environment, and has been brought new difficulties and challenges in the business operation. So enterprises must increase profitability, improve capital flow situation, increase loan recovery rate especially the collection rate, accelerate the pace of activating stock, and win other’s recognition in the self-improvement. Secondly, it is the contradiction between the approval delay of the new project and the limited space of employees shunt placement. For this problem, we should make the existing situation clear to employees, and timely adjust thinking, positively response. Thirdly, it is the contradiction between the lack of knowledge of L-shaped economic trends and the loose thoughts.

Therefore, the whole Group must proceed from reality, and solve problems with innovative and pragmatic measures in order to achieve the steady growth, structural adjustment, anti-risk, efficiency increase, security and stability.

About how to survive out of the woods, he pointed out to achieve the comprehensive improvement and enhance business performance, reduce financial leverage to resolve the current capital risks, and guarantee the people's livelihood and other goals, and to make the overall arrangements to do the following eight aspects: Firstly, improve the business performance to earn 3 billion in the full year. All units must be further self-pressurized, have the surpassing courage to ensure and achieve the overall profitability goal of the Group. Secondly, develop the internal and external potential to raise funds and replace short-term debt. Revitalizing the capital stock assets and making the physical assets focus towards the monetary and financial assets with greater liquidity.
