Approved by Tokyo Bureau of Justice, ShaanMei Group Japan Research Institute was formally registered in Tokyo, Japan on November 14. Song Shijie, assistant general manager of ShaanMei Group and chairman of Yulin Chemical Company, attended the registration and establishment ceremony, and said that we should adhere to the belief of "committed to chemistry to serve human better life", promote the construction of the institute with high starting point, high standard and high efficiency, build a demonstration platform of chemical industry science and technology innovation and a bridge of Sino-Japanese friendship and cooperation, and make contributions to the common development of Chinese and Japanese enterprises.

In the future, ShaanMei Group Japan Research Institute will adhere to the scientific and technological innovation development strategy of ShaanMei Group and accelerate the improvement of the subsequent establishment work. The Institute will take the introduction of cooperative research and development technology as its main function orientation, make scientific layout planning in the field of new materials, energy conservation and carbon reduction technology research and development, and make bold innovation in the mechanism of talent incentive and achievement transformation, so as to realize the dual-wheel drive and efficient circulation at home and abroad, and promote the formation of a new development pattern with mutual support and complementary advantages with the ShaanMei Research Institute system and chemical industry system.

It is reported that the total investment of ShaanMei Group Japan Research Institute is 500 million yuan (10 billion yen), and the registered name is SGC Industrial Technology Research Institute (S stands for Sustainable, G refers to Green, while C represents Clean). It is the second overseas professional research institute established by ShaanMei Group after the European (German) Research Institute. It is an important symbol to complete the new pattern of scientific and technological innovation of ShaanMei Group "East, West, North and South cooperation, radiation to the international and overseas".
